The Art Of Gift Wrapping

Everyone loves gifts and so do I, and if the gift is beautifully wrapped, it adds to the excitement.

There is a new store that has come up in Pune by the name “Hobby Ideas” . I found some beautiful stuff there using which you can decorate your gifts nicely.

I purchased one of these to give it a try. I also realized that instead of buying these assembled gift wrap sets, we can purchase the wrapping sheets and kite papers separately with some embellishments and create our new wrapping themes. But this was surely great fun.

A Trip to Goa

This weekend was full of fun and relaxation. We went to Goa to spend some leisure time with family. The weather was pleasant and so was the atmosphere.. It was exciting to see cheerful people around having fun with their families and friends. Goa is a perfect place to have a small vacation on a weekend. As we stay in pune, it took us an overnight to reach Vasco.  Sharing a few pictures here of the beautiful and happening Goa.

A Weekend For Plants

So finally I managed to purchase a few Clay Pots which Mommy painted and we planted some flowers..  It has changed the look of my sunny balcony which was otherwise vacant. I have to still arrange these plants nicely , add few more decorations to turn it into in proper garden terrace…

Weekend WrapUp

Last weekend was eventful.. with so many things to concentrate upon. Hubby dearest was travelling to Brazil so had to get him set with all packing and stuff.

Then Sunday was the day I had been waiting for.. The Lavasa Women’s Drive. We had to drive from Pune to lavasa following a Tulipchart provided by the event team. The rally was based on TSD formuls (time/speed/distance) so we had to religiously follow the route and speen mentioned . It was such great fun !!!!!!!!!!

The whole concept was exciting , getting females from all walk of life under the same roof, supporting the cause “Awareness against Breast cancer” . This Rally is being conducted every year to celebrate womanhood and break the myth about woman and driving 😛 !.

This was my first year I participated. I am already looking forward to the next event as the fun and frolic that comes along with the thrill and adventure of the rally is just something to look forward for…..

What a weekend… I am still not over it ..
